A regular cleaning, explained
A recurring cleaning, also called maid service, keeps your home in shape: kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting, on a schedule you choose. The list on this page is what every regular visit includes, so you know what to expect before you book. Anything extra, like the inside of the oven or the fridge, belongs to a deep cleaning.
Houses, condos and apartments
Our residential cleaning covers houses, condos and apartments. A condo or an apartment is not quite the same as a house: buildings can have front-desk registration, elevator rules and limited parking for service visitors. Tell us your property type in the form so we can plan the visit. If you have pets, tell us in the comments where they will be during the cleaning.
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly
Pick the rhythm that fits your household. If you are not sure, start with every two weeks (biweekly). You can change the frequency later, with no penalty.

How often should I book a cleaning?
Choose weekly if your home gets messy fast, and every two weeks or monthly if it stays tidy longer. You can tell us the frequency you want in the quote form.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Tell us in the comments whether you want us to bring supplies or use yours, and we'll confirm it with your quote.
Do I need to tidy up before the cleaning?
You don't need to clean first. It helps to pick up clothes, papers and loose items from the surfaces you want cleaned, and to put away anything fragile or valuable. Tell us in the comments what matters most to you.
Is the first cleaning different?
It can take longer if the home has not been cleaned in a while. In that case we may suggest a deep cleaning first and recurring cleanings after.
