Miami Home Cleaners is operated by Esfinge LLC. In this policy, "we" means Esfinge LLC.
What we collect
- What you type in a form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, details about your home or rental (such as bedrooms, bathrooms and property type), the frequency or date you want, and any comments or message.
- Information sent with the form: your IP address and the country it points to, the page you sent the form from and any campaign tags in its address, the page you visited just before it, the time of the request, and a record that you checked the consent box.
- If you call us: your phone number and the call itself, which may be answered by an automated assistant and recorded. You will hear a notice at the start of the call.
- If you book: the address of the cleaning and how to get in.
We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
Who receives it
- The cleaning company that does your cleaning, and its cleaners, receive what they need for the visit: your name, the address, how to get in and the details of the cleaning.
- Our service providers. We use providers to host this site, to store requests, to notify our team, to send messages by email or text, and to answer calls. They receive your information to provide those services to us.
How we contact you
We may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request or booking. You can tell us to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and bookings for as long as we need them to provide the service and for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to us through the contact page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its date.
